It just works
I bought a generator used and it never quite ran reliably. I thought this carburetor was too inexpensive to actually work but boy was I wrong. After about 10 minutes of removing the old and replacing with this new carburetor it cranked up on the third pull and ran perfectly! It even came with new gaskets a fuel shut off and fuel filter. The hose included with the kit is too small to work on my application, but it may work on yours. I’ve had it for several weeks now and have been very pleased. All in all, A great replacement carburetor at a fantastic price.

Perfect fit. Good quality. The fuel shut off valve didn't fit the old gas tank but that was a minor inconvenience since I was able to use the old one.

Good Product
Ordered this and it showed up the next day. I was able to find a very helpful YouTube video and how to remove and replace it which saved me some headaches and rework. The generator started on the 2nd pull and ran smoothly without any need to adjust.

Fuel line not as shown; otherwise good replacement on Subaru EX30 engine
I used this carb to replace one that had fouled beyond repair on the Subaru EX30 engine on my Homelite 5000W generator. Looking at the picture, I was happy that it was supplied with gaskets, shutoff valve, hose and hose clamps. The hose was especially important to me as the old hoses had gotten old and brittle, with one cracking. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the fuel hose was a 3/16" hose (like that on a lawnmower or weed whacker), not a 3/8" hose as pictured. In fact, the supplied hose fit neither the valve or the hose clamps! So off to the auto parts store to buy a foot of fuel line for $2.50 (gas and time, not included). So, if you're in need of fuel line, be aware that your package may be lacking as mine was.
