This works. I have been taking this daily for 3 years. When I take a few months off symptoms of gerd return. Glutamine makes a difference and this combination of ingredients has worked wonders for me. Compared to other similar items, this also has the best price. It does taste delicious and does dissolve easily. I take it immediately as suggested. Never bothers my stomach. And it is simple to use.

It's well formulated & about the only one I've seen with an appropriate amount of L-glutamine, which is very important to it's effectiveness. It would be best taken twice daily but you have to buy 2 containers per month to do that & I just can't afford it. I've just started it so can not attest to effectiveness but I've done my research so I'm hopeful. The only thing I do not like about is that it contains Stevia. Stevia & my taste buds do not get along! It tastes very bitter to me. But the honey lemon flavor I chose helps blunt the effect of the stevia somewhat. The company seems responsive to it's customers which is a plus to me. The 3 stars is only because of the stevia & the fact I just started it so I can not address it's effectiveness.

Currently on my second jar. I love this stuff! I take a scoop mixed with water about an hour or so after dinner. It taste like apple jolly rancher candy & goes down smooth (can be a tad bit chalky) but atleast it taste good!

After a bout with C Diff a few years ago, my intestines became very delicate. I took this, and along with Bananatrol, my symptoms are 96% GONE. I loaded heavy with them during the first week, then tapered down to less than the recommended dose. These 2 products have proven to be the only thing to get me back to a normal gut life. I’m not promising miracles, I can just attest to what it honestly did and is currently doing for me. If you have this affecting your life, get these two things and use them. It ends up to about $60 a month to use them half dosage as a wonderful maintenance medicine. Half a scoop of each in about 8 ounces of cold water, mix it and stir it hard (I use a battery powered coffee stirrer) and let the healing begin. God bless.

The taste of this supplement is great and it smells really good too, its easy to drink and has a very pleasant flavor. Unfortunately, I didn't read the description very well and this is formulated for a condition called "leaky gut" which I do not have, I have been dealing with inflammation and constipation and was just looking for something to help gut health in general. Even the back of the product says it constricts your intestines, which I didn't see until later either, so it's definitely my fault for not reading up on this before taking it. Symptoms started getting WORSE and by day 3 I was in debilitating pain and could hardly move. Whoops, this was definitely the cause of it and I felt immediately better the day after I stopped taking it. I could see this working well if you do have leaky gut and need your intestines constricted, it definitely works for that, but if your dealing with any actual inflammation of your intestines I'd stay far far away. This caused me nothing but delicious tasting misery.

I get the chocolate flavor and use hot water and drink it like coco and its delicious I suffer from gerd acid reflux and stomach sensitivity and this is my go to ! I found this a few years ago and always have some on hand .

I have been using this gut powder formula for several years. When I have gone off of it, my symptoms creep back in. I have had the vegan formula, the berry flavor, and mint flavor. This time I got the green apple. A reviewer mentioned sweet. SUPER sweet to the point I have to drink a little chaser glass of water. It dissolves fast and isn't gritty. It makes a difference for me.

It's definitely a great supplement. But the sad part is that the can is only 50% full (yes, I am an optimist).

Too sweet, too acidic! Its a big no so disappointed
