This product was recommended to me for my reptile enclosure and it worked wonders!! My chameleon cage was having problems this summer with gnats from the plants and humidity inside the enclosure. We added this to the plants as instructed and then topped them all off with 2 inches of sand and I haven’t had a problem since! It’s amazing because it doesn’t pose any threat to animals and can be used anywhere, even fish tanks!! Best find this year!! Highly recommend. Easy to use, just need a jug or something to mix with water and can store it for a while like that so it can be used when you need it. You don’t need a lot either so it should last a while.

Small bags. Advertise that they are the smallest bags you can find on Amazon…this is not the large 30oz bags.

I purchased this as an online influencer said it killed all of his plant's gnats and they never returned. Well, the warning label is a bit confusing. Is this highly toxic? Or not? To strain the bits is a challenge, but I used cheese cloth and was able to water my plants. My niece said our house smelled like farts after using it. It does have a strange odor. For 1 week, no gnats. Watered a 2nd time, gnats came out. So, for me, I don't think it's worth using, especially since the warning label is contradictory and our house smelled like farts. Hope it works for you.

I used this to water new plants that I ordered to kill any bugs that might have come with.

I bought this in an attempt to rid my veranda garden of a terrible fungus gnat infestation. I replaced all the soil of my plants and sprinkled these mosquito bits throughout and on the top liberally, after watching a bunch of YouTube videos. It took a few weeks and also the use of those sticky yellow traps, but eventually the fungus gnats disappeared. I'll be using this in my garden for the foreseeable future.

I use the mosquito bits early in the spring when we still have a lot of moisture in the garden. I sprinkle the bits along a run-off with some water standing. this year there wasn't so much water due to the lack of rain in our area (San Francisco). Also, we haven't had many mosquitos since as in earlier years. This product certainly helps contain them.
