Esco 70130 Truck Tire Wheel Dolly

I looked into this after putting on 3 sets of snow tires last Fall. Changing tires is not technically difficult at all, but I found that it was increasingly backbreaking. I was looking for a device that would just make it a little easier to positin the tires off and on my 3 mid-sized SUVs vehicle. It does exactly what it is meant to do. When taking it off, I sometimes found the wheels were stuck on the hub. You can use this to jiggle the wheel, making it much, much easier to get off. Putting wheels on is a snap - just line up more or less the hole pattern, and wheel it in. It lifts the wheels an inch or two off the ground to line it up. I highly recommend it.

I'm a truck mechanic and this tool really helps with 19.5" tires. A great feature is the "toes" that keep the tool from rolling when you prop it up against the truck. A good buy for the money.

Made job easier. May not be a everyday tool for a shop, but a few times a year it’ll be great.

Great product

This is for moving wheels w/ rims around. It is a dolly. It is not for helping putting the wheel on a vehicle. It might work on a small car but not on my 2015 Tacoma.

Works well to dismount, mount, move and position tires. Takes a few tires to master using it, not difficult. Like others say, a real back saver. Wish I found this 40 years ago!

I change my tires out twice a year, studs to summer tires and back, on my F350. It's not the most easy task. This Wheel Dolly made the task almost fun. Break the lugs loose, raise the jack, roll the dolly under the tire, remove lug nuts, lift dolly and easily roll tire out away from hub. Roll tire away, roll replacement in front of hub, slide dolly around it, lift handle on dolly and roll into position, if lugs don't line up simple turn tire CW or CCW and roll tire onto studs, voila, that easy.
