I put everything I need in here.*Three inner pockets on one side for bottles/misc items. One large pocket on the other side with a Velcro strap. I put a couple of diapers, wipes, extra pumping bottles, an extra outfit, a pacifier case, and a tiny sandwich bag of to-go meds in there. It’s a perfect “quick run” diaper bag- with your pumps in case of an emergency. None of the pockets are foiled for temperature or appear waterproofed.*One large outside pocket I put my mobile battery in. I use “TalentCell Rechargeable 12V 6000mAh/5V 12000mAh DC Output Lithium Ion Battery Pack“ with a “Valley Enterprises 1 Foot Male to Male 2.1mm x 5.5mm Plug DC Power Adapter Cable 18GA”. It works for both Spectra S1/S2 and Medela Pump in Style!*Other side has two smaller flap pockets I use for Medela tubing, Maymom adapters for my Spectra, and Lanolin cream.I have both the S1 and S2 Spectra pumps. One Spectra pump fits perfectly in one pocket, and I tuck the tubing in with it. Two Spectra pumps do not fit side-by-side in the opposite pockets.I DO put my Medela Pump in Style in one end pocket, and my Spectra in the other. The two small outer side pockets are for Medela tubing and Maymom third gen adapters (with O-rings) so I can pump directly into my Dr. Brown or Medela bottles with my Spectra pump.Also if you got the Spectra S2 with Cooler Kit bundle- the cooler bag does not fit in the other side of the bag if your Spectra pump is in the opposite pocket, it's too long. You can cram that bad boy in the top of the actual bag, though.The bag itself is adorable and the print is lovely. I’ve been using this bag daily for about six months now and it has really held up! The material is durable (minus a little flaking on the leather grips) and is super easy to clean, as I found after half a bottle of dish soap spilled inside on my way to clean my pump supplies. The pump pocket holds my Spectra S2 pretty well, including the cord and hoses, even though the fit is a little tight and sometimes needs some maneuvering to make it sit neatly. The side pockets are super helpful and I can store all of my pump supplies, some spare baby items like a few diapers and small pack of wipes, and my personal items like wallet and keys without everything getting jumbled. My only (very minor) gripe is that when fully packed with a pump in one end pocket and milk containers in the other end pocket, the main compartment’s capacity drops to roughly 1/4 of what it is when empty, which sometimes makes zipping it closed on my way home from work a little tricky. But I’m extremely satisfied with the bag, especially after half a year of consistent use, and can even imagine it becoming my post-pumping “mom purse” given its size, durability, and ease of maintenance. A definite must for a mom going back to work

So it's a little bigger than I thought it would be, but it works great. I can leave the tubes attached to my spectra 2 when I tuck it in the side pocket. Plenty of room for lunch, work papers, and other necessities for pumping on the go.Important note: if you have your pump in one side, and bottles/bags/etc in the other, the inside space gets eaten up almost completely. But there is still room for misc items at the top. I would recommend for any mom who is pumping on the go.EDIT: The strap clasps don't seem to be able to hold much of any weight. I have been using the bag for a couple weeks and they pop open every time now. I have to make sure I check the hooks before picking it up so it doesn't crash down. Because of this I took away a star, i will probably end up buying a strap to replace it with.

I use it as a diaper bag lol. It's so big, it can carry two breast pumps, it can hold two spectra pumps and still have room for pumping and or baby supplies. There's a matching mini cooler that you can buy separately (I did and love it lol). I will cry someday when this bag gives out because I love it so much lol. It has inner linings inside to hold a couple of bottles.
