Mushrooms... I grew up where I even had the opportunity to go and pick mushrooms in the forest myself. I knew which ones I could pick, which ones were edible, and which ones were poisonous and inedible. I know the names. Mushrooms were eaten salted and pickled, mushroom sauces were made, and soups were boiled. I have been using this mushroom powder for a week. I add it to my morning coffee and evening cocoa. The taste is really similar to cocoa powder. I have not felt any extra energy, but I believe that in the long term it will benefit my overall health. It is simply a dietary supplement, you cannot expect instant "miracles". But still... I have really started to sleep better! This was noticeable on the first night after using it. Overall, I recommend this product for health.

I like the value of this mushroom powder. It tastes ok but not quite as chocolate as my previous mushroom powder. It’s also a bit grittier too. I shall not be renewing my subscription because it’s not quite as nice as the slightly more expensive one I usually purchase. But it is excellent value and it does taste ok. If budget was my main priority I would definitely buy this as it’s a good clean product. I’m glad I tried it.

I think this is a really good product. A full range of mushrooms. I don’t add it to coffee as I don’t drink coffee as it adds to more anxiety. Instead, I added it to marmite as a umami drink. To me it doesn’t smell chocolatey. It smells a bit like yeast extract. So for me it just adds to the depth of a marmite drink. I’m getting my B vitamins at the same time. Win win. I sometimes add it to spaghetti Bolognese or soup as it brings out a nice mushroom flavour. Great for meat lovers and vegetarians are like .

I was dithering for ages about trying one of the branded mushroom coffees for ages before deciding to go for this instead. I decided on this brand as they use the fruiting bodies and seemed more valued for money. The almost chocolatey smell surprised me when I opened the packet. I've been using one heaped teaspoon of mushroom blend with one teaspoon of raw cacao powder twice a day, in a large mug. One in the morning with half a teaspoon of coffee, and one in the evening and hour or two before bed without the coffee. A lot of people say to wait a couple of weeks before the effects can be seen, but I started sleeping better after a few days and haven't craved any caffeine in the day after having my morning mushroom coffee. Which is quite a big thing for me! Now it's nearly been two weeks since I started using it, my mental focus and energy levels are significantly better. I've been struggling with dry skin over the past couple of years, and this has improved as well. Thought this was going to be one of those fads that doesn't really work, but I'm glad I decided to go for it. I'd advise any new users to try a smaller bag just in case it doesn't agree with them. I'm used to black coffee so the taste was absolutely fine for me, but have found it to be nicer with a dash of milk to complement the cacao I also mix in.

The smell when I opened the powder was sour/sweet at first, like the smell when you go into a public toilet. Yeah. Then it died down and I could smell cocoa, so wondered whether that was mixed in with the mushrooms but pressed on. I mixed it with some bone broth and hot water and gagged all the way to the sink before pouring it away. Take two, I make the mushroom powder in a very dilute hot water mix on its own. Still had a profoundly gross smell and the taste is not far off - a kind of bad breath smell, but as a drink. Realised it was time to look online and see what's gone wrong. It turns out that, whether it's Amazon reviews or Trustpilot, everyone is noticing the weird smells and tastes, the unreliable ratio of which mushrooms are in the bag, the possibility of metal poisoning, the discovery that it was bagged up in China where regulations are different... There was even one hero that looked at their 7-mushroom powder under a microscope only to discover that it has no discernible mushroom matter in at all. If it's not a reputable brand, with good reviews and product protocol, move on.

This mushroom powder is absolutely brilliant and a great replacement for coffee. I take it with a drop of soya milk and some honey. Take no notice of any negative comments people love to moan! Yes it’s true it can get a little grainy near the bottom of the cup but I just leave a teaspoon in mine and give it another little stir as it gets to the bottom third of the cup. It’s extremely beneficial for a wide number of things so drink up and take your natural medicine guys what’s a tiny bit of sediment in the bottom we’re all adults I think people are a bit babyish that they can’t swallow one or two minute bits at the bottom. The pros to this drink far outweigh the cons. So enjoy! 😊

Fort goût de champignon , donc oui, c'est très certainement ce qui est annoncé et pas une poudre de cacao comme j'ai pu le lire dans d'autres commentaires, seul le goût est un peu trop âpre pour que ça soit agréable à consommer tel quel malgrès la très bonne mixibilité à l'eau chaude , mais avec du chocolat en poudre ou du chocolat noir en carré ça passe nickel, le goût est encore présent mais ça permet au corps de bien commencer à intégrer la puissance de ce qu'on ingére... Et en ce qui me concerne, la puissance sur l'énergie globale, la clarté mentale, et le bien être général est indéniable, effet bien plus puissant qu'avec des jus vert style spiruline ou moringa... J'avais déjà testé le crinière de lion ou le shiitaké seuls, mais cet ensemble de 7 champignons est d'une très grande efficacité, et sans aucun problème digestif pour ma part. Autre point intéressant, un meilleur sommeil. A ceux qui hésitent à tester un mix de champignons adaptogênes, si vous êtes prêt à supporter le goût assez fort (mais avec du chocolat ça passe vraiment bien), je suis vraiment satisfait de cet achat, n'écoutez pas trop les commentaires négatifs , c'est un excellent produit, surtout si vous avez des soucis d'anxiété ou TDAH , je me sens très privilégié d'avoir découvert ce mélange de 7 champignons à un très bon rapport qualité prix . Je ne l'ai pas acheté pour le goût mais pour remplacer le café et obtenir des effets positifs sur la fatigue et cela marche très bien. Au bout de 3-4 jours j'ai ressenti des effets très positifs sur l'énergie, le sommeil, la nervosité et l'humeur. J'étais très sceptique mais je suis ravi des résultats. Le goût est affreux , je le mélange avec du alpro banane, ça passe mieux.

I love a mushroom/cacao coffee for my daily focus, but@ got tired if the prices, at like €30 for a 200-250gr bag. So now I ordered the Sevenhills cacao (1kg) and mushroom blend (500g) and mix them together at a 2:1 ratio. Now I have a much purer product sugar at 1/3 of the price. Without all the marketing gimmicks. I seriously feel a difference. I am not replacing my actual coffee, I add a scoop of my mix to my 1st morning coffee and sometimes again at lunchtime. So it's a form of micro doing with also this lovely cacao product and my cafeïne. I cannot give you any science, just after the Clearly/Mushblend/Spacegoods purchase, this is what I am sticking with. I am a mum I'm a "neuro spicy" household, with no diagnosis on my own self but "self-aware that I am unofficial on the spectrum with autism/add traits and it really helps with my energy and keeping my head clear. So if you have ever tried any of those product, perhaps this might help even better whilst saveling money.. just my tip/way anyway 🥰
