Nom Nom Paleo, Seasoning Powder Magic Mushroom, 3.5 Ounce

Love this stuff! It’s very versatile and goes well in almost any dish. I most often use it in one pot meals like soups or stews to add dimension! It’s a little more expensive than other spice blends but considering that it’s made of dried mushrooms that makes sense and it’s well worth it! Delicious. One of my favorite things in the spice drawer!

We love this for our steaks, whether grilling out, or searing in coconut oil or avocado oil, it really compliments the beef.

This is my cooking "secret" I use in pasta sauce, and this makes the best seasoning for pork chops or tenderloin, along with steak. It adds just the right amount of salt and umami and it is an essential for my kitchen.

Just remember this has salt so consider this in your recipe

I have been a fan Nom Nom Paleo's recipes for years and finally bought the set of spices and I truly love them. I use the magic mushroom and the umami stir-fry spices the most, but they are all fantastic. I generally follow a 'paleo diet' due to food allergies and autoimmune disorders as recommended by my rheumatologist and PCP to help manage these issues. I have never been told to reduce salt intake by any doctor or health provider. I have been using these spices frequently for several months and I have not found them to be too salty as others have said, but I am not sensitive to salt and have not ever tried to reduce salt intake for any reason. Perhaps the company could sell the spice blends without salt for those avoiding salt for health reasons. The mushroom spice blend recipe is available through her books and website, but it is so much easier to buy it already made!

I love these spices! So many uses besides Nom Nom Paleo recipes. I especially like the grill seasoning on steamed broccoli.

Absolutely yummy! Have been using this for years now. If you want that umami flavor, this is it. Look no further! Great for a homemade cream of mushroom as well!

This used to be my favorite seasoning, but this new batch I bought has little to no mushroom flavor and is high in pepper, every shake triggers sneezing!
