The taste is very neutral, earthy but if you can`t take you don`t have to drink it as a tea, you can add it to your porridge in the morning or evening, to pancakes, smoothies anything. I love having it as a tea, i add honey and cinnamon to it and sometimes oat milk and it actually tastes so good, i really enjoy it and i actually look forward to it now as it really relaxes me. Try replacing your coffee or black tea with chaga and your body will thank you for ever.
