Podium 24oz Black Bottle - 001 Black/Grey, N, One Size

Bought this as a replacement for cycling bottle that started leaking. First of the Camelback bottle is very well made from BPA free plastic and there is no smell from the material. The drink valve can easily be turned on or off, bottle is easily squeezed to get some water when valve is open and when closed it is leak-free. It fits securely into my existing standard bike holder and is not difficult to replace into the holder whilst riding. A bit more expensive than some bottles out there, but well worth the extra.

So after looking through reviews of what has felt like every water bottle on Amazon I arrived here. I was worried about leakage and general build quality and took the chance on this Camelback. So far after over a week of use in the gym and at work I can say I'm pretty happy with the purchase. It doesn't leak, at all and the plastic is soft and squeezable - but well made! This was exactly the attributes I was concerned about after comparing countless others. My only drawback is the lid/drinking function. It's very stiff and a struggle with one hand so not ideal on the move or working you. Thankfully you can leave it in the open position and it won't leak as demonstrated in my video. Still, it is really annoying me and I'd much have preferred the standard pull-up type drinking spout/lid. All in all it's a solid water bottle. The lid is a hindrance and still annoys me after heavy use over a week+. If it was more manageable with one hand it could be a great design but unfortunately purely down to the lid I wouldn't buy this again but I am happy I have a solid and leakproof bottle for now. If they have a bottle with a normal lid and same build quality I wouldn't hesitate to purchase.

I use the bottle for cycling, best quality leak proof. The nozzle requires regular cleaning.

I bought this to use on my mountain bike. I don't lock it whilst riding as its in a bottle holder so I can just reach down and pick it up to drink. The bottle is soft making it easy to squeeze to drink and the lock is simple to operate. I lock it when I put it in my bag before and after rides and it doesn't leak. Unlike a lot of bottles it doesn't taste plasticky nor does it seem to retain the flavour of anything that's been in it. Hydration tablets tend to taint sports bottles. It's odd that they show a picture of a matt black bottle which this is not, however, it's not cheap looking or very glossy so I can live with it.

Questa è la quarta borraccia di questo tipo che acquisto. Le adoro, sono ben fatte, hanno un ottimo sistema di tenuta dei liquidi, sono facili da lavare perché il tappo si può smontare facilmente in tutte le sue parti e sono anche belle da vedere. Inoltre a differenza di altre borracce tendono a non puzzare quando le si tengono chiuse per un po' di tempo. Insomma le consiglio vivamente. In alcune recensioni ho letto delle lamentele riguardo al sistema di chiusura poiché risulta scomdo da aprire e chiudere in corsa. In realtà il sistema di chiusura posto nel tappo non è pensato per essere usato durante l'attività, infatti lasciandolo aperto il liquido non fuoriesce grazie alla membrana presente nel beccuccio finché non si preme la borraccia. La chiusura è utile durante il trasporto, per esempio gli spostamenti in auto .
