I was so happy when I found these! My old hardware was cracked and yellowing. These fit perfectly into place. Install was easy and they work beautifully.

My shutters were installed 10 years ago and the magnetic catch plastic cover on all my shutters started disintegrating. These replacements worked perfectly and easily installed were the original ones were.

These have nice magnets that matches what we have existing on the shutter. They are exact height, width and depth. The shutters are able to stay closed and not able to open with wind. They are not overly strong making it hard to open the shutters, yet strong enough to hold the shutters in place. They last at least a year or longer in the sun.

Magnets and backplates work great. They're stronger than the ones that came with the cabinets. I do not recommend using the screws that come with the magnets as they strip very, very easily (3 of 4 stripped and had to be removed. the 4th's head popped off and I was left with a sharp end, so I used the plastic housing of the magnet to cover the sharp bit). I had some equivalently sized screws that went in just fine. I do recommend drilling with a very small diameter bit to help get the screws in.
