I love it.It’s a beauty. It’s very light the way I like it.

Not as "Beefy" as expected, very thin blade. Blade misaligned with handle.

I ordered this for my husband and it ended up being his favorite gift this past Christmas season. The storage and presentation box is fantastic. He uses it every time he grills. Note that the order was placed two weeks before Christmas and it Arrived the second week in January so you should plan accordingly due to the pandemic

Product arrived safely, packaged very well. All downhill from there. This is a commercialized trash piece. It is not artisan, or handcrafted. It is a pieced together product probably pushed on indentured servants for pennies. The photos do not depict the product delivered. This “Verve Culture” is only concerned about putting their logo on a product. It is on two spots of the box and even stamped on the blade! Ridiculous. The photos depicted don’t show any of that, and it’s a poor representation of “handmade”. If you were concerned or interested in “heritage” or “people matter” you wouldn’t throw your logo all over it. The handle, the blade, the guard, are all pushed together pieces. Nothing is turned by hand, the blade is stamped, the pieces are stamped. I regret purchasing this sweatshop product. THE BLADE IS NOT SHARP! Further slap in the face, they send you a dull, no-edge blade. I hope they reach out to me and try and make this right. Worst Christmas gift purchase ever. Will not buy again. You shouldn’t either.

Please do not buy this knife. Save your money and buy a trusted brand like a Lamson. I saw this one and the shape and description drew me in. First of all, I ordered it and it arrived in it's wooden case as described. However, the wooden case was packaged in a plastic bag. So there was no protection at all. It arrived with the wooden case cracked and broken. I returned it and reordered. The second one arrive packaged well and unharmed. When i took the knife out I was shoecked with it's lack of weight. It's lighter than a butter knife and about just as sharp as one. After sharpening with my wet stones, I gave it a quick rinse and dried it with a towel. The next day I noticed rusty spots all over it.

I purchased this for my son who seems to enjoy using it. The knife seems well made but when it arrived the presentation box was broken and could not be fixed.
