Is it just one sheet in the order?

The order is for 1 sheet but you can add more quantity.

How do you warm this up as no instructions came with it

I use a regular hairdryer but for smaller details used a heat gun. It will start to wrap wif the heat and this is when you can mould, form and bond it. Also for intricate details I would recommend worbla fine art

Can this be used instead of Kydex?

I wouldn't have thought so it wouldn't respond well to a lot of regular impact. It is suitable for crafts and custom costume designs- in fact it's ideal for that purpose. Depending on how intricate designs are the use of heat is varied and gives various strength results.

Perfect for my mask

I have used this for molding parts of my badger mask. I will need more so I plan to get another few sheets. I heated it and then used the shiny side to stick to the 3D printed mask base. It has a very pleasant smell, similar to liquorice.

Good end result, but....

Quite difficult to work with minimum tools. Very sharp melting point, very little plastics stage. End result OK, but took many trials.
