I recently got three types of ginseng products because I used to have ginseng supplements for my imbalance body in the winter time. This powder is the best of three types(extract, honey sliced ginseng, powder) of ginseng supplements by far. It is easy to dissolve in the hot/cold water and tastes nice with lemon and honey.
