Baking Made Easy. Or, easiER, at least.
I suppose there are several uses for these. I can only tell you mine. But, they ARE good ones! First....cookies! Metal baking sheets can be unforgiving if you're not an expert. These sheets help quite a bit. I promise, you'll have a lot fewer burned cookies if you put one of these on your baking sheet. And, INSTEAD of shortening! I've found the same situation for things that I put a coating on. Chicken and fish, for example. I come up with endless variations of breading and coating. A simple egg wash before rolling the meat around in your concoction will hold everything together. Again, you'll have fewer burning accidents. Best of all (well, maybe not "best," but a real positive) is how easy it makes cleanup. There are several variations for parchment products. This one's the best (I really mean "best" this time). There's just one fold down the center. You won't struggle when placing food on these. Oh, I've tried the others. Mainly because these can be difficult to find in grocery stores. I have no idea why. A box this size will last a very, very long time.

So many uses for these Parchment Paper Sheets. If you do a lot of baking, these are a must have. Very little waste and so many uses.

Not as thick as their cookie sheets but works just as well.
A little different than the Reynolds parchment I purchase at Walmart. Thinner and no lines but considering it is just a liner on a cookie sheet and ultimately gets tossed - as long as it works, not a big deal. The number count is way higher than what you can get in the stores - that was what made me decide on this particular sheet. You get almost 4 times as many sheets as in the store.

These are great!
I love this pre cut parchment paper. It works great for baking cookies and fits the sheet pan perfectly! I usually use them 4-5 times in the oven (around 350 degrees) and then throw them out as they get a bit burnt. I would definitely buy them again.
