I bought this for a "New Home present" for my daughter. it was several weeks before she completed, and moved into her new home. The processor broke on the 3rd time of being used. as the cut off time had expired to send it back to Amazon , I was told to contact the seller... Their reply.. We are very sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the item. Unfortunately the item does not have a manufacturer’s warranty on this so we would not be able to assist you directly. You are however covered by your Statutory Rights with the retailer under the Consumer Rights act 2015 and so you would need contact Amazon directly in regards to this. We are very sorry that we cannot assist further in this case. Amazon answer... You need to contact the seller...

Good product
Bought this for making cocktails. Copes very well with large ice cubes. Easy to use and clean. Perfect also for blending soup. Good price thoroughly recommend.

Good product
It works so good but the only thing is it a bit difficult to use and mug is tricky when you try to fit. But when you learnt it its easy then . It work good and a good product for this amount.I am happy with the purchase

Not a great blender...design could have been better and more efficient
My flatmate and I love the easy wash feature of this blender but besides that, it works generally okay. It doesn't blend stuff properly due to the poor design of the blade mould. Also, if you don't close it well, all your stuff will just spill and cause a mess. The blender container is also made of very fragile glass and you need to take care using it as if it falls once, it'll definitely break. It's also not very good with blending small quantities of food including smoothies, milkshakes and just spice mix.

Blender is not a rocket science
This blender has a very hard to understand instructions how to use. No video tutorial available in Youtube. It fallen miserably and unable to use. Only to found out that I received a defective unit

It works and works
Following major surgery I'm really limited in what solid food I can eat so I get through a lot of milkshakes and smoothies. I've been using one of these twice a day every day for 18 months and I've not had one issue. Good locking mechanism means there's no chance of the lid coming off, it's efficient and cleans up easily. Great value for money

Twice now we have tried to use this blender. Whilst trying to removed the jug from the base the bottom collapses. Yes we have tried tightening it. Absolutely shocking.
