can this fit a 10mm (3/8in) electrode?

I cant say for sure but I seriously doubt you want to run rods that large with it anyway. I imagine your rod would slip out of the grooves while welding since the grooves are more suited to 3/16 rods. Probably want to go for the 500A for large rods like 3/8! I have never used any that large

Will this works on lincoln ac225 stick welder? what is 500 amps mean? there are 300, and 200 amps, what are the differences?

Our will work, i put one on my welder. I couldn't use the little piece of copper sheet to wrap the cable though, I'm not patient enough. 500 amps is the maximum amps that it can handle.

What is the small copper piece that is in the shape of a V for the holder for?

If you have smaller wire sizes you need to insert it into the same place that your wire goes before tighten the set screw
