Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was unaware of this seed until I was looking for an Indian appetizer recipe. It really added a nice flavor to the dough I made for samosas. I arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well. I would recommend this product and seller.

Flavor is excellent.
If you haven't tried these seeds now is a good time to do so in your cooking. I use them when preparing Indian and Mexican dishes, in grain blends, in baked goods, in salad dressing and as part of a spice rub on pork, fish, poultry and beef. This brand is excellent, especially since I have not yet tried growing the plants in.my garden or using them to make a spicy sprout.
