Depends on how much you use per person. It is only 8 ounces so as a guess, 4 to 5.

Can you pour this is in a foam bottle versus use it in a machine or would it not work?

Yes you can use a foam bottle. It works best with a machine how ever. I've done both. I will say one not a fan of the one hour. It kind of has a funky color compared to the normal one.
