Ideal Tight Back
I have had this now for a month and used "almost" daily I suffered with tight back which at the end of the day if sitting got quite uncomfortable, thought I would give this a go. Day one i could hardly arch on it needing numerous cushions to support my head, but as the days progressed I soon got down to being able to use with head unsupported Its a great feeling now as I hear a few pops from my back as I settle in to it. I also slip this right down to the base of my lower back after a run as it provides a great stretch for hip muscles and also stand on it to stretch calves Pain from back muscles went after 10 days of use

Bereits das zweite Exemplar dieses Kissens - einmal bei mir, einmal im Gästezimmer meiner Eltern. Die Blockaden der BWS/Rippengelenke lassen sich so sanft lösen! Dazu entspannt sich die gesamte Wirbelsäule Stück für Stück durch das Strechen. Persönlich finde ich dieses Kissen angenehmer als eine Faszienrolle, da ich das Strechen besser kontrollieren kann und eine Rolle doch immer wieder unkontrolliert die Position ändert.
