This variant of preparation, especially popular in Scandinavia, is also becoming increasingly popular with us. The uncomplicated and gentle preparation is the special feature of flame salmon. The fish is attached to the untreated beech wooden boards and gently cooked on the open fire, through which the fish receives a slight smoke aroma. In the holder made of stainless steel, which is easy to mount on standard fire bowls, the salmon board can be positioned at a variable angle to the heat of the fire. After approx. 50 minutes, the board is simply removed from the holder with the fish and can be served directly on the salmon board, which is both an optical pleasure, but above all a culinary pleasure and is a highlight at any barbecue party. With our flamed salmon boards, almost all types of fish, but also meat and poultry can be grilled. Our flamed salmon boards are made from solid, untreated beech wood, which comes from forestry controlled and sustainable forests.
