Quality materials and effective
I appreciate the variety of items in this package, the package has items that are useful immediately to address many of the tough and sore places I struggle with. I love stepping on the 1/2 rounds, and using the pinky ball! Oh and the tough spots are easier to workout! Love it, quickly delivered, good value.

OPTP Massage Ball Set
This is an excellent set from OPTP. I have a couple of their foam rollers but hadn't tried anything else of theirs. Since I'm currently doing physical therapy for my shoulder and hip, I've been able to use this set several times since I received it. My favorites are the "Franklin Fascia Massager" ( I will be using this one often) and the "Half Balls". I use the half balls for stretching my feet and calves and they work great. I love how portable this set is too. The balls are easy to use and I have definitely noticed pain relief after using them.

Good variety set of massage balls; overpriced
This set of massage balls comes in an assortment of sizes and types. I particularly like the sturdy medium size orange ball for my back. There's a spiky roller for your foot which also feels good. I don't use the two smaller balls, which aren't as sturdy, nor the larger blue ball. Everything comes in a mesh bag for easy portability. While I've experienced some pain relief from these, I think the set is overpriced at its price (as of this review) of $44.99. For what you get, I would expect something closer to $25-30.

Massage therapy at home for soft tissue release and OT for strengthening grip
I got this massage ball set to support soft tissue massage on my hands and arms and legs. I like the variety of different massage tools included in this set. The blue ball is soft and malleable, good for building strength in your hands - see my photograph. I use the firm green ball to release tension in my forearm and hands. See my video! The set has a small mesh bag that holds the various tools, a nice perk.
