Can you use this for kombucha brewing?

I don't really know. But if you ordinarily use whole leaf black or green tea then I don't see why not.

How much caffiene does it have?

Sorry, there is no information on the package. No info on how much black or green tea. However, I personally like it!

does the tea bag have a tag for dunking?

no, it's a round teabag without a string or tag.

what percentage is green tea?

I believe 50%, but the box lists black tea first. It seems to me it used to be advertised as 50-50.
