I can’t really answer that question for you but I have bought them myself and they’re genuine and I love them. Hope that helps some what.

Q: Why are the reviews so poor? On FB there are many reviews but of course delivery is too long for me

I was advised to not accept this in the end, as it's not a genuine seller according to Tyme as they told me the name that would appear on the order, and was not this person. And got a refund. I then ordered from Tyme directly and didnt actually have to wait as long as I thought.

Great once you master it

I really like this product and it does create a really nice curl. However, there is a definite technique to it and I would advise watching some tutorials to get the best results.I have really thick long hair and find that now I have mastered the technique it takes me less time to curl my hair using this than with a traditional wand

Excellent product once you get the hang of them

Fabulous idea making suburb Boho curls. You have to change your whole thought process using these if like me you have used tongs or straightners for years. But once you have the knack you won't look back

Tricky at first, easy once u get used to them

The mrs found it a bit tricky to get used to at first, but once she got the hang of them she loves them now & finds it straight forward.

Rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, nothing like it shows you on the adverts. Booked an online tutorial and she was a no-show. Burnt hair with no curls. My £12 hair tongues are better
