Brilliant dishwasher once installed
I wanted something to cut down on washing up as I have a chronic illness, and chose this as it seemed the most reliable and small enough to fit in my tiny flat's kitchen, while still having decent internal space for dishes. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient it is and it has enough space for an entire day's worth of crockery, pans and cutlery. I've only used the 90min cycle so far but the dishes have come out spotless and I have no problem with things fitting as I use large stoneware bowls instead of plates. The only stress was that I tried for days online to find the right tap attachment (as I rent and couldn't plumb the pipes in) and went to two different plumbing shops to be told an M22 to 3/4in adaptor is not routinely sold in the UK. Thankfully someone else posted a review recommending the Gardenia adaptor (in pic and linked here): https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/r.html?C=2X8R0PK3LTH9J&K=N22Q9UOC8MMG&M=urn:rtn:msg:2024052223484649a4d5c827854b6693aecab5e470p0eu&R=UQA7R927RSY5&T=C&U=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.co.uk%2Fdp%2FB0001E3ULQ%2Fref%3Dpe_27063361_487055811_TE_dp_1&H=UAN4A4ZQBS0ARDGOGN9PLLMUXG8A&ref_=pe_27063361_487055811_TE_dp_1 which works well. Having said that *please note* it drips throughout and is very stiff to undo the pipe after using it; I need pliers to get the pipe off the tap attachment due to the water pressure. It also releases some spray when it's detached, but for me having the dishwasher is worth the clean up! Overall, easy to use and good quality albeit a slightly fiddly set-up!

Small and compact
Lovely little dishwasher, holds quite a bit of cutley and glassware, and if you don't have a lot of space in your kitchen, it's just perfect. I connected it at the forcet and it works just fine, I'm so happy I brought it, I definitely give 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

As expected, working well but check other suppliers for the price before ordering.
This is shown as a 'running late' order on my Amazon account, but it actually arrived about 3 days ago (a day early). It was well packaged, and came in the OEM container which was easy open. The machine came with a supply hose, and an integrated drain hose. Installation was pretty easy in my case as it was swap for a failed machine, so the water and drain connection points were already available. A completely new fit would be more difficult. I managed it on my own, but its pretty heavy so I concur with their suggestion that its a two man lift. Externally, the machine is very much a clone copy of my failed Indesit model (control panel excepted), and looking at on line comments Cookology seems to be a sister company. No problem with that, the intertwined Indesit/Hotpoint/Candy group have pretty good reputation for value and reliability. One thing I did find; its internal dimensions are smaller than my old model (externally its identical) so packing large dishes etc. in is a bit more problematic. Its also much quieter, so I can't help thinking if they padded out the walls with some sort of insulator. Cleaning performance is fine. One concern is the price, I found out after it was too late to cancel that the machine could be ordered directly from Cookology's web site for £20 less. Having said that, its pretty good value costing only 50% more than the failed pump in my old machine. Too early to comment on reliability.

Great customer service!se
This machine has made our lives so much better. Hand washing can be quick but wasteful, and nothing gets thoroughly sterilized like a machine can do. Without salt or rinse agent it gets everything sparkling with Finish pods. Even with the quick 30 minute cycle the dishes and glasses come out streak-free and are mostly dry. We manage to fit everything in from most of the day. We had a minor issue with the shipping and the vendor wrote back immediately and made it 100% right. Very impressed with The Wright Buy LTD. We put a Tecmolog Brass Sink Valve Diverter on our tap. You may need an adapter for it depending on your tap. It comes with M22 male to M24 adapter. The side diverter is half inch I believe. I got a 1/2” to 3/4” adapter for that so I could attach a standard brass 3/4” outside tap hose connector set. I leave the adapter on the side output of the Tecmolog and screw the other half into the supply line. When we need to run it I just use the quick connect, turn on the cold tap, and flip the diverter to the supply line. If I need the tap during the wash cycle, I can briefly turn the diverter valve halfway and still use the tap. This sounds somewhat involved, but it is quite a straightforward system to take easy advantage of this outstanding reasonably priced machine.

Wow - not good
Dishwasher was replaced with another faulty dishwasher. Yes, I know, hard to believe, but true. So, I contacted the seller and told them it only works on P6 and nothing works if you use the delay button. They offered me a new machine or a refund. Sick to death of getting someone to plumb these things in and out, and them knowing it works only on a P6 wash, I accepted a refund. Then the seller said I have to return the machine. Seriously not happy at all. The price has gone up, the quality down, and customer service is non-existant. Ah well, off to Currys. Where to start. My previous dishwasher died so I replaced it. This one arrived well packaged but didn't have the film around it to protect it from scratches. Initially, the salt light wouldn't go out, the door is mis-aligned and difficult to open and close, then an E4 error code after 3 washes. I contacted the seller who gave instructions to clear the error code and now the dishwasher works, albeit with a wonky door. To clear the code we had to: empty the 3 filters - can't find 3 filters and I'm not taking the thing apart to look tilt the dishwasher back 45 degrees tilt to the left and hold for 20 seconds tilt to the right and hold for 20 seconds Great if you want to build up those muscles, but not so good if you need a working dishwasher. We noticed, whilst going through these exercises, that there was a pool of water under the dishwasher. We reported all of this to the seller, who ignored what we said, and replied that the dishwasher should be ok now and that it was transporting it that caused the issue. I leave you to make your own choice, but when it works, it works. Hope this has been helpful My first ever dishwasher and yes, I struggled to understand where all the salt, rinse aid, etc., goes but now I wouldn't want to be without this wonderful machine. It fits under the wall units but on top of the kitchen counter. Easily installed. The 30-minute programme (P6) is suitable for all my needs, though I have tried the other programmes available. Everything comes out clean – very happy with this dishwasher. One thing confuses me though (now that I know how to operate it) and that is why, when the normal cycle takes 2 hours, does the economy cycle take 3 hours to complete? I would have thought it was the other way around, but never mind, I am very happy with my purchase.

A good bit of kit
After about a week of getting used to this, I am really pleased with this dishwasher. I bought this as an upgrade from the smaller 3-place Cookology dishwasher. I had that one for 3 years, and liked it, but eventually it gave me some draining problems. This 6-place machine became available for almost as much as I would have to pay to fix the old one, so I went for it. Of course, having double the capacity is a big bonus. Although I am mostly cooking for one, this one is also good for when I have friends round, and is also big enough to take large pans, including my Ninja Foodi pans. With the old machine, I found the Eco setting worked well with almost everything. With this machine, I found that Eco was OK for lightly soiled pans and dishes, but not if something was dried or baked on. However, the Ultimate setting is brilliant, and gets everything clean; so I just need to learn when each setting is appropriate. With the old machine, I had been using a liquid - Finish Dishwashing Gel, rather than cut dishwasher tablets in half. This machine takes a full tablet, so I was using a recommended dishwasher tablet. However, I then tried the Finish Gel, and I do prefer that to the tablets, especially in cooler washes. My only other comment is that the two small cup shelves are mostly useless (for me), as all of my cups and mugs are too big to fit on there. After a very short time, I decided to remove them - they unclip easily - and although that means I lose a small area, it makes the space underneath easier to get at. If you have tiny cups, like espresso cups, you might find the shelves worth keeping. One other thing worth noting. The new machine is quite happy having the door "almost closed" when not in use - i.e. resting on the latch. This allows the machine to air and dry out, which means it stays fresh. I only completely close it when it is washing. But all in all, I am so very happy with it.

Man points
See the thing is you might consider it to be less than romantic to buy this for my girlfriends Xmas present. But you'd be wrong. Its all a matter of perspective. Because this dishwasher saves her time at the sink. Which converts to time spend servicing my needs in other ways. Which is time spent together. Which is romantic. She says it works well on a rapid wash which is a far cheaper way to run it and its big enough to fit a frying pan in. She's over the moon with it. Valentines day coming up soon so I've been eyeing up hoovers cos Ill be honest, she deserves it.
