First I was surprised to see it wasn’t loose leaf in the bags. They are in nice sachets. The smell is heavenly. I’m not an expert in tea, but I was Impressed that you can see the difference in dried items and they looked like they were dried right. I get the afternoon slumps. I start my kettle and brew a sachet for 5 mins. It’s effortless as it can do it’s thing while I work. The tea has been helping with the afternoon grog I get. I’m able to keep working and focus. Plus it’s so yummy!

I bought this tea and some others since trying to avoid drinking sodas. Doctor recommended having herbal teas to help with the different properties of each herb. I like this one because the flavor is not too strong like other teas. I can drink it hot or cold. And, I like that is loose and I can select how strong I want it or changing the amount depending on the size of the cup I am using. Is comes in a nice bag that can be close like ziplock style.

This is my second time ordering this tea, and I absolutely enjoy it. I can’t testify that it prevents or minimizes my fatigue, but I can say that it definitely tastes great and somehow calms me. I will definitely keep buying it because of its taste and aroma.

The packagimg is weird. There is so much 'dust' in it I'm not sure if I get the right mix of stuff. I will likely dump it out and get rid of the dust as it kills the taste. Otherwise taste is good. Does it help my Autoimmune, no idea!

I really enjoy this and have been drinking every morning for around 3 months. It actually helped me kick coffee to the curb and I've been drinking that or mud water for decades. I have 2 cups in the am (reusing the bag as indicated) I'm a huge mint fan and this is so delightful as is Indont even add anything to it.

I have a few serious autoimmune diseases and fatigue and inflammation are huge factors in my daily life. The tea tastes so amazing, it’s comforting and it helps me get through my day. I’m very excited to try the other teas in their collection

The tea tastes wonderful! I’ve had a cup the past two afternoons and I’ve noticed a decrease in fatigue, a slight increase in mental awareness and a slight increase in desire to eat. Even without the benefits, I’d still drink it for the flavor!

I was recently diagnosed with Sjögren’s this year. I have been struggling HARD especially with the aches and fatigue . This is what gets me through the day ! I am able to feel energized all day and able to complete household tasks like laundry and making dinner . I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone fighting autoimmune diseases
