Been using this almost everyday for my Sega Genesis. I paired it with my 8bitdo SN30 controller (until I buy Sega controller), and it connects quickly. Been working great and its so nice to not have cords all over the place.

it came in the box and has a small instruction manual, works fine you press the little button on the Bluetooth receiver once it's plugged in to the genesis and the sync button on the top of the m30 had no problems syncing up, I did not notice any input lag at all worked great, you can use it as a 3 button control and if you press the select button you can use it as a 6 button, the only issue I noticed was a buzzing noise when any button is pressed during any game play or use, it is not a loud buzz and it does not effect game play it's fine but once you hear it, it's a little distracting and you can't un hear it , I still use it, but I did try it on both Sega Genesis models one & two and they both did the same buzzing. but you may not have have any issues or buzzing but this may be a very small problem and I think it's still very much worth getting, and I say get it it's Worth it.

The reason I got this was to unify all of my consoles under one controller, the DualSense. At first, I couldn't get it to connect with this receiver until I actually gave up and resorted to DualShock 4 to it instead - which worked perfectly without any hassles. I tried again with the DualSense a couple of hours later, putting it in pairing mode and clicking the button on the receiver a bunch of different times, and eventually it recognized the controller. I was so elated! Apparently, this receiver can get a tad derpy during the connection process but once you get through that, it works flawlessly. No lag, no button issues. Love it!

Works great with anything Bluetooth compatible. I've had a PS4 controller, 8Bitdo's own line of controllers, and some "other" brands and they work great. Even cooler is they have a port for micro usb so you can just plug it into anything making it a Bluetooth dongle in a pinch.

I plug it in and it works. Genesis powers the device. If you want to use it on a computer, just plug in the micro USB on the side of it and plug it to your computer.

Comprado para Master System II, el pairing es sencillo y no tiene apenas latencia. Aunque los mappings para Master System son peculiares, se juega bien. Completamente compatible con mandos de PS4/Xbox One.

Lets be honest, old controllers and gamepads are terrible, even the modern remakes leave a lot to be desired. I'm not sure why this thing isn't better known but it works great to get a proper new bluetooth controller connected to the MD. I already had an 8bitdo arcade stick and it works great. I had to break out the instructions to decrypt the heiroglyphics on the stick to pair it but once that's done, no problems at all. 10/10 would recommend.
