Ischial bursitis is incredibly difficult to resolve, and seating is crucial to minimize further pain and damage. I ordered this cushion and one that is less expensive, and tried them both. They arrived on the same day. I tried the other one first, and within 20 minutes I was becoming increasingly uncomfortable. I switched to this one, and the pain reduction was remarkable! The key for this condition is alleviating the pain from bone on chair, and this Aylio cushion has the reduced pressure sockets in the right place for me. I have been working at the computer for 2 hours now and the prevention of further pressure has made it a much more tolerable experience.
