Banza Linguine Pasta from Chickpeas - Gluten Free, High Protein, and Lower Carb Protein Linguine Chickpea Pasta - 8oz

We are buying Bonza Chickpea pasta exclusively at this point. We were trying to switch to vegetarian eating and you need to eat pasta more often but we wanted something with more protein, and I needed to get away from grains, especially wheat and gluten, so we tried a number of different alternative pastas and this was the only one we found we were willing to eat on a regular basis. It tastes good. It gives me the closest experience to regular pasta I've found. It doesn't bother my stomach. I prefer the linguine, my husband likes the rotini. The only issue I have is that it does stick together a lot more. A small problem. I have tried adding a tiny bit of olive oil to the cooking water, but hasn't helped much. Great with a 2tsps olive oil, garlic, cooked broccoli or peas, raw tomatoes, and grated Romano cheese on top. Delicious!

We only cook with banza pasta! The chickpea is an awesome alternative to better your diet without the added unnecessary flour! FIVE Stars and a HIGH FIVE to banza! They have many other shapes and textures too!

Great alternative to pasta. It definitely doesn’t taste like traditional pasta, but I didn’t expect it to. With sauce on it I hardly noticed though.

Absolutely love the pasta, the flavor is as good as regular pasta, you won't miss it so bad! The packaging in cool, especially if you use for a gift basket. It's pricey for pasta per say, but hopefully if the Garbonzo product catches on more it'll come down in price. But if your trying to cut out Carbs, this won't disappoint!

I love this product and feel it’s a healthier version of regular pasta. However, the last two deliveries have been in plastic envelopes with no padding and the boxes are crushed. This delivery contains the pictured boxes which have been taped on the ends, as if they were opened by someone and then sold to me. This is unacceptable and I cannot return or get a refund. Too expensive but going in the trash.

While I love this pasta, the two packages of linguine arrived in only a thin plastic ‘padded’ envelope!! Both boxes were badly crushed and lots of the noodles were broken inside. Seriously? Who thought such measly packaging could possibly protect dry, long pasta noodles ???
