bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday after she said she couldnt afford it this year. I was so excited to add to her 600+ piece of horse shaped plastic, for her birthday. The day it arrived i eagerly waited for its arrival so i could scoop it up and get it wrapped before she came home. It arrives, i pick it up and open it, and my phone rings. My girlfriend was stupidly excited about this horse that she said she didnt buy had just arrived and she couldnt wait to add it to her 600+ collection of four-legged dead eyed demons staring you back in the face, collection. So long story short, its pretty giftable because we gave it to her sister instead for her collection...

Our equestrian has collected Breyers for 18 years. She loves that they take great care in their details. Upon opening her gifts this morning, before taking it out of the box she said “ its a mare this year”? “ Its always a stallion”. The write ups...His silver bay coat..His mysterious golden mask... Well, either Breyer has made a huge mistake and made them all mares or we have the golden goose. !!! It is not like Breyer at all to overlook this detail. Did anyone else notice?

I got this as a gift for my daughter. She is an avid Bryer horse collector. She wanted it for a long time. The price was a little out of my price range, But when I gave it to her the look on her face was worth the money we invested for her collection. The box was a little damaged, but was ok

At Christmas, some people decorate with Santas. Some with snowmen. I love to display horses decked out for the holidays. It's become tradition to get the Breyer Christmas horse each year. Anyone who loves the equine form will appreciate the true conformation scale. The costume is easy to remove for a fine horse to display or play with. If you have a horse-crazy girl in your life, this is the perfect gift for her!

The horse was beautiful but the box it was in was busted. It really wouldn't have mattered if it was to be opened, but it was too be displayed. It was a Christmas gift, and I wrapped it in the box it was mailed in without checking inside. The outer box had no damage.

I collect them. I used to get them when I went on vacation. Don't travel as much so am grateful I can purchase them on line. Local stores here don't carry the better ones. They are very realistic and some are designed after real horses.

Breyer always outdoes it on their Christmas horses. We’ve been getting my daughter one every year since 2012, have them lined up on a display shelf. These horses are more for show than for play. But beautiful none the less.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Lots of detail & beautiful colors. Very rich looking and happy to have in my collection. Bought several since each is hand done and different. If you love horses, this one will deliver!
