what is the clock made of?

The outer ring of the clock that we have is Oak. The clock it's self I don't know, anly that we are extremely pleased with it and have had many compliments on it.

Does this have a 1 or 2 year warranty? Amazons description shows 2 year warranty and a night shut off, contradicting other discriptions

It has a 1 year warranty. The night shut off is light controlled. When you turn your lights off, it shuts off. Very nice clock, we sell it in our Amazon Store.
