Does this come with the decal sheet?

Hello. Yes, It comes with a water decal sheet. I recommend using a decal setting solution as the adhesion of BANDAI's original water decal is weak.

Why are there two listings for the mg sazabi ver ka with such different prices? this one is 140$ and the other is 85$ right now (normally 125$)

They're the exact same kit, just one's marked way up. These come from overseas and with shipping delays demand has driven prices up.

Question how many runners does this model kit have ?

Around 30. Think of it like a mini PG. It's almost as big. It's a great kit.
