This gurney was purchased for home use and peace of mind should an emergency ever be necessary for my adult quadriplegic son. While it is a very nice piece of equipment, the outstanding support and service from Gary and Lucinda made me so grateful to have chosen this product from MSEC! When I experienced a glitch, I was immediately referred to Gary who walked, talked and videoed me through the problem. He was absolutely committed to resolving the issue I was having.
