Yes there is 4 pieces to fit one drawer.

Does this include 4 pieces in total i.e. runners for both sides of the drawer?

Yes the slight problem with them is the countersink for the screw heads I had to make a bit bigger so screw heads did nit snag on nylon runner wheel

Yep I got 2 slides and 2 runners so enough bits for 1 drawer and the cabinet it goes into

does this fit to ikea malm drawers the drawer slide is 457 mm
