I have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in my knee which the Dr states I need knee replacement. The Doctor wants to hold off with my young age as to avoid a second replacement in later years. I have tried every knee brace out there but they either ride up your leg and fall down to your ankles. This brace fits more like a sock around the knee with a spandex type grip that not only feels very comfortable but absolutely stays in place I never have to adjust it. The support feels great, its feels good and it stays in place and for the price you cannot beat it. Its way better than the braces that cost 10 times more. I highly recommend this product I am actually ordering another for my sister and another for my other knee. Great product!

These compression sleeves are really great. I work grocery so I'm on and off my knees, up and down all day long so I needed something that would help with the throbbing pain after work. These sleeves did the trick! They stay in place and don't slip up or down after an 8 hour shift, they breathe really well so its not sticky or uncomfortable by the end of the day. For me they start about 4 inches above my knee and go down to the middle of my calf so it even helps with calf strain. The material is really sturdy, no fraying or pilling and they hold up well in the wash. I wouldn't recommend tumble drying because of the silicone type material inside the sleeves that keep them from slipping so hang them up to dry instead. I can really tell a difference after just a day or two of wearing these that my knees and muscles are straining way less when getting up and down. The one and only thing I don't like is that the top part above my knee is pretty tight (which it has to be to compress) but it sucks in the skin around the knee so when I am wearing jeans over them you can see an indentation and it looks kind of funny, like you got a muffin top able your knee haha. I even had a great experience with the company. With other knee sleeves I usually have to purchase a size large because I have big calves, well instinctively I ordered large for both knees and when they arrived they were way too big for me so I contacted the company for an exchange. They got back to me the same day and offered to ship me the corrected size at no cost. They even let me keep the larger size to pass on, which I did to my coworker and he loves them. The corrected size came out within 2 days and they fit perfect. I can't say enough nice things about this company and the sleeves. Definitely give them a try!

I purchased this when I couldn't find a copper fit locally in my preferred size. I was pretty skeptical but the positive reviews were helpful. It fits very well and offers the support I need for my right knee, much more than the copper fit. The material doesn't feel cheap and I really hope it holds up over time. I've worn it twice (half day and full day) and plan to use it as I get back into jump rope. The only small issue I have is that it does slightly pinch my thigh at times and requires a little adjustment when that occurs but it does not slide. The size is perfect, it's just a little more grippy at times. I feel it's a great value for the cost and works really well. I even tried the arch sleeves because the knee brace felt so nice.

THE ONLY COMPRESSION YOU'LL EVER NEED ! I knew I needed to finally purchase a compression knee sleeve because after only 5 minutes of working out it would begin to hurt. I used to pay tennis competitively 'til 4 years ago and never had a problem with my knee. I put it off long enough, and literally I was able to workout for an hour the first day and had no pain. It is miraculous, but I'm thankful for the science the company has put into making sure this is a top notch product. The customer service is great. and they really care that the client is satisfied. I have also worked out for an hour and a half with a fitness dance class followed by abs, and I still felt super comforted by the sleeve. It does NOT, I repeat does not slide up or down on me. It stays put, and it that I would say to make sure to measure as instructed to make sure you get the right sleeve size for your knee. I'm tremendously pleased.

I ordered two of these compression knee braces and am very pleased with them. I wasn't sure if I should measure up the 4 inches from the center of the knee or from the top of the knee to get my size, but it worked out fine. I measured 15" in one place and 15 1/2" in the other which was within the range of small. I have most of the knee pain in the left knee, especially when climbing stairs. Occasionally both knees. At first I thought they felt a bit snug, but after a short time, they seemed to feel just about perfect (snug but comfortable). I've since worn them daily for approximately 12 hours a day. They have not slipped down, bunched up behind the knee or cut off my circulation. They have offered me the support I needed and I would buy them again. They are low profile enough that they could be worn under slacks or jeans. One thing I really like is that is doesn't come halfway down my calf like some of the others have. The length of these are much better. The price was excellent. I've worn several different brands over the past few years and find that these are right up there among the best. I highly recommend them.

I liked how it fit and it was super easy to put on and it stayed up properly with good support. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and my only issue is that when I went outside with it directly on my skin and I’m not sure if it was the sun making the grippy bit burn my skin or if it was the material used, but it left a lovely burned pattern on my thigh that disappeared after a day or so. I’m allergic to latex so I wouldn’t worry about that issue if you don’t have that allergy and the reaction wasn’t severe enough for it to be abnormal for me with adhesives or gels so I’m gonna keep it anyway. It’s a good brace/stabilized otherwise for just general pain management, and I honestly just don’t wear it directly on my skin. Fits easily over all my pants so it gets the job done and solved my issues from then on. Insanely quick shipping time which is nice and the seller seems nice. -2 for thigh burn but +3 for useful and easy. Also this could be a good or a bad thing but the gel doesn’t scrape or melt off.

So far I think it’s great. It held up and it stayed up through 3.1 miles of running. It really didn’t move. I was very impressed. It provided me with a minimal but noticeable amount of support. Importantly, it seemed, my knee just ‘knew’ it was there. It’s hard to describe, but I didn’t really notice it, but my knee felt fine. I wore it afterwards for a few hours for recovery and to reduce swelling. The next day I went to an air show and wore it all day. I really do think it helped. It provides just enough compression. I was able to walk and stand for hours, and I only noticed minimal discomfort at the end of the day. In fact, my ‘good’ knee happened to be more uncomfortable. I am recovering from a MCL sprain —and definitely not just a tweak — suffered several months ago. I’m (pleasantly) surprised It wasn’t worse. I could not have finished that 5K without knee support comparable to the support given by this brace. I returned a similar style support, but I am happy with this one for now. My leg was at the end of small / beginning of medium. For athletic use, get the size smaller. If it falls apart after my next run, I’ll update my review.

Purchased the Sox compression knee brace and found it to be true to size. I am 5'-9" 150 lbs and run 20 miles a week. My thigh circumference is slightly over 18". I got a medium and it fits well. I am 64 years old and have been running since high school. Currently, I run about 20 miles a week. The past few years, I have been having left knee pain, especially during cold weather. This is my first knee brace. What a difference! I wish I would have tried a knee brace 5 years ago...it will definitely extend my running career. The Sox brace provides good support and does not slip during my runs. I have worn it under compression running pants and polartek running pants in 20-35 degree weather. It keeps my knee warm and the support it provides has eliminated my knee pain. I am very pleased with the brace.
