Dnt buy this product it is not comfortable after 50 days this mattress is very bed quality

I am writing this review after a disappointing experience with Comforto product and services. I had bought this mattress which came rolled and compressed, unlike earlier ones those came flat and inflated. I gifted this one to my friends, but last week when I visited them, I realised the mattress was still deflateed and failed to come in a normal shape, especially from conrners. I contacted their customer support, surprisingly, they did not not records of my purchase, despite the fact that this one was my third purchase. Until then, they had been following up me for a positive feedback, but still they did not have my purchase records. Nevertheless, the customer support asked me to share puchase invoice, and assured that someone from their team would call back. No one called me back. I followed up, but I was asked the name of the guy I had talked earlier to track my complaint. I shared whatever details I had. Again I was told for a call back. It's been 4 days already, no one called. I'm still dealing with a deflated mattress with no support from Comforto.

Revised review feedback for this mattress which I purchased in February since then I am using that, from last 8 to 10 months the quality of this mattress is not that reliable as it became over soft specially in the centre part of 8" mattress which gives discomfort in sleep. And not only this after complaining in company their resolution comes like send us the video by keeping rural and a scale so that they can come to know how how it became these are the solutions share providing to customers so please be very careful before buying this

Fake promises of replacement ,they are not providing proper assistance also ,very bad service and product is not upto mark,after paying a huge amount you will not be happy

Avoid this mattress at any cost if u are suffering with back pain. It's too soft and will feel like you're sinking in while sleeping..

Changing review after 3 years of use. Started feeling tired after waking up and after the mattress lost integrity due to use, severe back and hip pain started. Doctor advised to change mattress and check. Did it and after 10 days the pain has receded. I think these kind of mattresses are fun in the beginning but with time they affect your spine posture. So be careful before buying and think long term about your overall health.

Worst product and worst response from the support team it's been 25 days I am waiting for their response. They dont even call back and check. I am calling them everyday from last 25 days, I know most of their executive name also. Just thinking did I do a crime by ordering this item and that to from Amazon.
