SPANX Power Panties Shapewear

I ordered these according to the size chart. I am 5'5 135 and ordered size "B". I put them on according to the instructions and I thought they fit. Within minutes they were rolling down and creating the worst side fat ever. I am not chubby but this totally made me look it and gave me a muffin top that I don't have. THESE THINGS ROLL UP!! Wish I could return them but the packaging said they don't accept returns once product has been open. Biggest waste of money.

OK I had a lot of hope in this product: could not quite lose the 10 more pounds that would have made my wedding dress look perfect. Size 12 trying to look like a size 10. I would have settled for something in between, but the way these worked on me was to push some of the lower belly fat UP making me look truely worse than if I had just left myself alone. Now I have to say they are amazingly comfortable and if I had gotten the ones that go up to my chest I might have been happier. Oh yes, and THEY DEFINITELY ROLLED when I sat down which was irritating at my reception. Good luck with whatever you do...

Eh, so so. Wore them to work, they work fine, and smooth out any lines or bumps. However, I'm a bit disappointed in the material. Expecting more of a shiny, silky, lycra spandex material. They are actually more rough type of a material, similar to cotton tights.

The power panties just came and they fit perfectly. The reason that I purchased them is to prevent my thighs from rubbing together under a skirt. I am about 20 pounds overweight and the Spanx did the job well. I only wore them briefly to ensure that they fit and that I could move and sit, etc with them on. No problem and now I will be able to wear a skirt without being chaffed. I am 4' 11" and weigh 150 pounds and I purchased the C size and it fits well.

I purchased these for my son's wedding. Let me first begin by saying - never attempt to try on this garment if you are at all sweaty or have just come out of the shower or if you live in a place where the humidity is over 90%. You won't get it past your ankles. I had to practically throw myself around the room, jump up and down, squat, pull, lean over backwards, hang from the ceiling fan...and that was just to get them to my knees.After wiping the perspiration from my brow I continued to tug and yank and finally succeeded in getting them in place. They do work and they really make your outfits look fabulous. After you get them on that first time...subsequent uses are a breeze.I was a little concerned that a trip to the powder room on the day of my son's wedding might have made me wish I had thought to insert a catheter, but I must say, it was not a problem to get them up and down even with my gown on. I highly recommend this product. They wash great and they make you look fabulous.

Was so excited to get my spanx - and, well, unfortunately it is so not the miracle worker i expected it to be. basically, this is the honest truth: if you're overweight, it 'aint gonna help much. i'm a size 12 and thought this would make me look like a 10. It doesn't. you're just really uncomfortable.I had a pair when i was a size 4 and needed to smooth out a few lines and suck in my tummy a bit and, yes, it did the trick then. but at size 12, now, forget about it - the teeny weeny bit it helps just doesn't make the pain worth it.

I bought these "panties" to smooth out my butt in a very sheer bridesmaids dress I was wearing. Let me put this in perspective, I'm 5'7", 127lbs and have very little body fat. I do have a bit of a butt so I just didn't want the dress clinging too it and wearing regular panties would show through. I thought this would be a good option. At first, I thought they weren't bad. They did smooth things out and you couldn't really see them under the dress. That being said, they're very uncomfortable and my stomach DID bulge out of the top as others have suggested. I'm pretty damn close to having a 6-pack so if my stomach was squeezing out I can't see these things working well for many people. I was so uncomfortable in the damn things that I wish I just let my bum show. :) The were fine in the thigh and butt area but did not fall comfortably on the stomach. I was constantly trying to keep them pulled up and I had to sit up completely straight to keep everything in. I might try the low waisted version or the full body suit but these are a NO GO! I don't really see myself wearing them again. : /

I am near the top of the "C" category, but well within it for 5' 6" so I took a chance on ordering that size. The Spanx Power Panties Panty rolls at my waistline, and pinches my "bottom." Perhaps the next size up would be the right size for me. I believe the company needs to review their sizing. On the positive side, the legs do not roll and do not pinch. The knowledge that my derrière line is smooth is reassuring. I will wash and wear this pair a few times before deciding to order a "D."
