This block is hook and loop. It has the part number of AF4420 thats the hook it part number.

Does dura block come with velcro on it?

This one does not have velcro on it.

how do you use these with no handles?

Good morning. There are grooves in the side of the block where you put your fingers to grip the block as you sand. Thank you.

is 24 enough or 30 for a nova roof and doors?

I used the 24 on my 58 Chevy. I believe that is large enough but I can see where a 30 could work well also. I am not an expert so my advice is only based on my own experience
