Score on good sound skills but minuscule space invasion!
Replaced a bulky aged Technics Integrated Amp in a system at our holiday home and confounded my limited expectations of how far class D amps have come in the last few years by its minuscule size and its substantial and full bodied sound. I use it with an HD TV and Blueray DVD player and compact Monitor Audio speakers and am highly satisfied with the sheer listenability of the results even at good volumes where I expected it to show its limitations. Build quality and aesthetics are excellent at the price point and I am already thinking about buying at least one other for home use for loft/workspace or conservatory to replace bluetooth speakers for music as these despite decent sound quality have stereo soundstage limitations. My normal portable music source is a Sony Hi Res mp3 player which with the advanced Bluetooth capabilities of the Fosi I can send music direct to the amp and wire in compact speakers with good separation at the best points in the room to enjoy a good soundstage.

Good streaming amp - initial connectivity issues
Replacing my old hi fi CD/FM/DAB Receiver, the Fosi T10 is after teething problems is proving a good upgrade adding ethernet and wi fi streaming and integrated Bluetooth, in a small package – at a very reasonable price. I added a switchable source selector allowing a choice of 3 external sources, to the single line input on the Fosi. Streaming music services are managed by the WiiM app from phone or tablet allowing for Tune In, Amazon Music, Deezer, vTuner and other streaming services – some including Spotify require a paid subscription to allow streaming. BBC Sounds will not stream through WiiM, this requires Bluetooth. Getting the WiiM app to recognise and remember the Fosi was problematical with lost connections. Setup instructions are minimal and the product would be better with a detailed connection sheet in the box. Fosi support for this was quick and helpful. For non-technically minded the initial setup of the wi fi would be very frustrating. Once set up the connection is stable. Sound quality is good and produces about 40w RMS per channel into 8 ohms, ignore the 100 watts in the spec (although I’ve not scientifically measured output). The lack of a visible volume level on the unit is inconvenient – volume is controlled by the remote or from the app. On first set up volume is at maximum and there needs to be a bigger warning to reduce sound level before pressing play. All in all this is a good unit at a reasonable price especially with a LAN as well as wi fi connection despite the initial setup issues. Support is good. Happy with the upgrade.

A tiny amp with a big punch!!!!!
For the price you really cant make any complaints about this amplifier. Sound and build quality punch way above the weight. unlike many other budget mini amps that have a noticeable hum when no audio is playing, the components used in the BT20c are super clean. Check out my video review for a sound test, unboxing and a closer look. Pros - Cheap Great build quality Clean components Great bluetooth range Cons IEC C7 power cable looks rather low quality.

Happy? No.
On opening the package, I'm impressed by the attempts to provide access to customer support in a little leaflet entitled "Happy?". Web site, several email addresses, facebook, skype, and YouTube addresses are all included. I haven't tried any so I don't know what the response is like, but good to see the attempt being made. There's a guarantee card written in Chinese on one side and double dutch on the other. This states (I think!) that if the device fails within 3 months they will replace it, and will repair it if it fails within a year. ON the "Happy?" leaflet they say, "Free 6 Months, Extended Warranty, 24 months totally!" through either registering on their website or reviewing on Amazon. I think it might mean they will extend the 3 months replacement windows to 6 months, and the repair window to 24 months. There is one more leaflet in the box, an instruction leaflet in Chinese and fairly good English. A few typos, but nothing too perplexing. The box only contains the device and the mains adapter, no cables. I recently ordered a Nobsound amp ( B0725PJQQV) that was half the price and had cables for every audio input you wanted to use. This device has R & L audio inputs enabling no hassle connection to my CD player, while the Nobsound only has a single male aux in, so I'd need to buy a converter. Also I'd guess R & L would be a better connection, so it's +1 for Fosi here. But the crunch came on turn on, a horrible hum appeared. It did stop after a while, but it's a deal breaker. The sound of music, through my Wharfedale 9s was much better than that through my £20 computer speakers but no better than through the nobsound. The nobsound also has a hum problem, but not as bad as the Fosi's. So the Fosi is going to be returned for a refund, and I'll keep the nobsound until I find a better amp.

Do not buy if you intend to connect a sub woofer
Sub woofer out is not proprietary. It’s a mix of left and right channels I think. Other than that it was as expected. Returned

Does exactly what I wanted and good value
I was looking for a way to use old stereo speakers to play music etc through my phone, and ideally wanted the same system to play my record player too. This was surprisingly hard to find (and i had to get some banana clips to connect speaker wire to these inputs) but this does the job perfectly, was easy to set up and the sound quality seems great to me (although I'm not an expert)

Amazing features at this price point
For me it was important to be able to control via wifi or in my case by direct ethernet into my switch/router. My scenario was that we inherited a house with inbuilt ceiling speakers but nothing to power them with. I looked at SONOS but far too expensive for my requirements. I have been searching for some time and even used various audio forums without sucess until I came across the FOSI Audio T10 wifi streaming amplifier. Most of the FOSI Audio products are bluetooth which for me would not work as the cables from my ceiling speakers all end up in the corner of my garage as do my network cables and router. At this price point I felt it was worth a try. Item arrived and in the instruction manual I noted that one could run two rooms by splitting each room on each channel and paralleling the speakers together. For me this was an added bonus but despite multiple trys I could not get the L&R channels to show up separately on the WIIM Home App which you need to download to control your music on the FOSI amp. I tried the WIIM user forum and no suggestions and eventually FOSI customer service via their engineers sent me a version of the WIIM Home App specifically for Android which worked. Two things to note if trying this: 1. One can only see L&R channels on Android not iPone/iPad IOS. 2. One controls the R&L channels from the WIIM App for the 'device' not when the music is opened when one controls volume for both channels simultainously . Going forward I have ordered a 4 way speaker switch which I am going to position alongside the FOSI T10 amp and run each rooms speakers into that and then to the FOSI Amp. This way I can have all rooms on at the same time or select which rooms have music. One other debate with ceiling speakers in whether to wire them in Mono or Sterio mode. I have tried both and think I will stick with Mono mode. When FOSI Audio hopefully come out with a multi channel version of the WIFI T10 amp where one can control everything from the WIIM App or their own App I will be first in line to purchase it. Have now added a 4 channel speaker switch see photo which now means I can switch the Fosi Audio T10 to three separate rooms. Really pleased.

Great for small rooms - Android users use the Legacy Player app.
I'm using these to power speakers in a wet room and bathroom as well as a bedroom (3 x T10). They can be completely hidden and controlled via the network. I am using ethernet wired connections which means seup is just plug and play. I believe wifi setup is a little bit fiddly. As these products are not genuine Wiim products the use of the Wiim Home app will always be a potential problem. The current Wiim Home app on Android does not allow the rename function to work and the L/R speaker control is unavailable (I believe it still works on IOS). This is probably going to get worse as Wiim launch new products. However there is a solution to these issues. The app Legacy Player for Android fully supports the T10 but does not add the new features that are being launched by Wiim on their new products, which is fine for me. You should note that the T10 cannot be firmware upgraded. So no future fixes or enhancements. But for certain scenarios the T10 is unique.
