Can't get enough of this. Perfectly balanced flavor and heat.

Like Riding a Wave of Heat
I can't say enough good thinks about Kolohekid. Seriously this stuff is great. The flavor profile is both a nice smooth heat and a bit of tinge from the apple cider vinegar. It's definitely a one of a kind kind of sauce. I will say though that I have trouble applying in to a ton of dishes; the consistency of the sauce tends to separate as the liquid absorbs into your food while the more solid bits just sit on top. Again, not bad for some folks but can be a bit iffy when topping rice or poke bowls. Still! If you're on the fence about picking up a bottle, just jump on board a get one; you won't regret it.

If you like vinegar-based hot sauces it's great.
It's vinegar based (think tobasco) but it's hot and delicious. I enjoyed putting it on anything but it's great on pizza, I replaced red pepper flakes with it. Good heat and good flavor.

Great sauce
This is the sauce I keep on rotation. From dragging steak through it to putting it on chicken and pork, it is widely versatile. Great flavor with a nice heat.

Just right!
Kolohekid is a great hot sauce for splashing on anything in need of some respectable heat. I suppose everyone has different thresholds for these things but this sauce sits perfectly for me at the point where I can be liberal with it and not be overwhelmed. But just a few drops is still enough to fix a bland dish. The loose liquid nature of this sauce allows it to easily soak in and penetrate more of the dish. Compared to Tabasco sauce, Kolohekid adds far less of its own flavor while bringing a whole lot more fire. There are a much hotter sauces out there but this one just seems more useful more often for me in my kitchen. I will probably need to reorder this more often than most others I have.

Sometimes simple is better.
This sauce is fantastic. I knew the brand name from Hot Ones and decided this week, on a whim, to finally buy a bottle and check them out. As an owner of over 50 different hot sauces, I was stunned at how good this simple recipe sauce was. It has a similar flavor profile to a Louisiana or buffalo style sauce with vinegar forwardness, but also has far more depth for some reason. The heat level is above average but not uncomfortably so. It doesnt linger too long but gives a nice chest warmth. All in all I am a big fan of this sauce and look forward to trying more Adoboloco products once I have more funds available.

Perfect balance of heat and flavor! ๐ฅ
Don't listen to what some of our fellow Prime-mates are saying! This sauce has a wonderful flavor the heat is not at all overwhelming. I've had some of the other Adoboloco sauces. They are all good. ๐

The vinegar overpowered the flavour
It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. The vinegar overpowered the overall flavour, and I just felt like it was a "buffed-up" Tabasco. Yes, it brought a modicum of heat, but I feel as if it could have had more Hawaii/tropical undertones. I'll check out some of their other sauces, but I can't necessarily recommend this.
