Nice collection of ceramic sculpting tools

I have just gotten into pottery and bought this set for trimming. It's a perfect beginner set. I love that it comes in the small box to keep it all organized. There are a variety of shapes and sizes which are great while I am learning what works best.

I use these for encaustic and cold wax carving. They've been great, have held up pretty well, although I can tell where their limit is. Too much pressure and I can see it coming apart. The box is absolutely convenient. It's cheap but it holds them and stores anywhere easily. Much more convenient than a pencil box. For the price this set is worth it!

I purchased these two years ago and they’re just now breaking. I carve plaster so it’s super impressive to me. The wooden handle ones are not sharp and barely cut the plaster. I understand that I’m using these for an unconventional material, but I also read someone else had an issue with the dullness of the wooden handled ones. I’m buying the entire box again because the metal ones are amazing compared to other cheap ones I’ve got (they’ve broken after 4 uses), but would be sweet if I could not buy the ones that serve no purpose to me.

This set is great for pottery, has more tools then I need! Everything I have used and is holding up well, haven't noticed any rusting

Better to have an array of carving tools for bas reliefs, and this set is perfect for my needs.

All of the metal smaller tools are as sharp as most pottery tools you get at a specialty ceramics shop. The larger ones, however, are very dull. I got this kit to use on my pottery wheel & they do not come remotely close in comparison to my Kemper trimming tools. The needle tool will break if you use it on a pottery wheel.

Tools work well and there are pleanty here for the price.
