I had to superglue the metal parts to the phone as this just kept ripping them off. This has a large and strong magnet. But unless the metal plate is loose, this is not going to let go of your phone. Nicely adjustable.

Nice, strong magnets. Works good. I am not able to use my wireless charger with this. Wish I would have known that ahead of time. I onlynused my wireless charger at night so not that big of a deal breaker.

Used for an EFI controller in my classic car. Works amazingly well, no shakes or vibration at all.

I bought one of these phone mounts two years ago, its still working great in the car I put it in; got a new car this year and after one road trip the phone mount I had (purchased in an auto store, and super glued to my dash) came off. So I decided it was time to buy another wizgear mount. Great magnetic hold, and never had issues with mounting/adhesion to the dash.

I've purchased two of these for different cars. They have performed great for me. I use a large Samsung phone and it has never fallen off the mount. On my first one, eventually the adhesive wore out (after maybe two years of daily use and a lot of temperature fluctuation) and I replaced it with a strip of double-sided Gorilla Tape. For me, the grip is nice and strong, the amount of play in the swivel mechanism is just right, and you can tighten the ball joint to make it stiffer by adjusting the ring behind the mount. Will buy again.

Are use these in all of my vehicles because the magnetic strength is very good and the way they mount is flexible but not oversized so it fits into a number of places on a dash.

I stuck this to my dash in y boat, paying no particular attention to cleaning the surface and it’s stuck really well. The magnet is very strong and I can’t see my phone ever falling off.

Decent surface, very good magnet. Adequate flexibility, and easy to apply to a surface in the car.

Very disappointing as the thin plastic base doesn't keep the phone still when driving – you can't read maps because it vibrates too much.

I really love this compared to what I used to have. I installed it incorrectly but still works, and if I wanted to correct it I could it came with and extra double sided tape for the mount! I’m very pleased with my purchase!
