I didn't expect much out of it at first and I only bought it because I needed to quickly groom myself for occasions and didn't have an electric trimmer. However, it's really exceeded my expectations. It has a nice grip and is comfortable to hold. It works really well when I use it in the shower and the battery life is solid, although I've never used it for more than 15 minutes at a time. The interchangeable parts snap into place easily and they're firm, they don't wobble around or fall off. It's easy to clean and the dock is really useful for keeping track of all the parts that come with this kit. Overall, very solid trimmer for a great price.

Recently bought this grooming kit and it has been the best grooming kit I have purchased. Before this, I had Philip Norelco multiroom, that went out after two years. I decided to give this brand a try, and it did not disappoint. It comes with all the attachment that I need. I like how they have an adjustable clip as it is a lot more convenient to use than having to keep changing clips every time. I also like how it comes with a base to store all the parts and has a built-in charger in the base. This makes it very easy to have easy access and easily charge the clipper. I did have a few issues with the shaver attachment not cut the hairs all the way; it would leave random patches of hair. However, I keep a beard, so it's not a big deal. Definitely would recommend this clipper. Great price point and you even get a free gift of a nail clipper set.

I ordered this product a few years ago. I works well and has good quality especially for the price. The only problem was I did not realize it would not operate while plugged into an outlet, and it did not have a charged complete indication so I left it plugged in for long periods. Well, I found out doing that ruins the battery. It looks like most of those issues have been corrected in this latest version except being able to leave it plugged in. Also, I did not see where/how to replace the battery, so I had to buy a whole new set when the previous shaver would not hold a charge anymore. Although the product is fairly inexpensive to replace, it does seem more wasteful than just replacing the battery. I guess it comes down to economics of manufacturing...

It’s an awesome kit! I keep my hair short and should’ve gotten it cut back in early March. Then the corona virus shutdown hit and I couldn’t get my hair cut professionally if I wanted to. Nearly two moths passed and I couldn’t take it any more! I needed something even if it was taking clippers to my head and cutting my hair with a single blade with no fade, nothing around the ears, neckline, etc. This kit gave my wife everything she needed in order to give me the kind of hair cut I used to pay $15 bucks for with a $5 dollar tip to my barber. She watched some You Tube videos on fades, neck lines, ears, etc. then used the longest blade in the kit for practice. She then went a blade down and did the whole thing going one more blade down to fade it, do my neckline, ears, etc. She gave me a fantastic cut and even if she didn’t want to try the fade with a lower blade just an all around cut with the longest blade possible would’ve been enough to get me through to see my regular barber without thick, curly, shaggy, uneven hair so long I was losing my mind. I have naturally thick and curly hair and every barber I’ve ever had has told me how lucky I am. I’m sure it’s true but as a clean cut guy whose always had it short since I was about 4 or 5 years old I was going nuts! Thanks to my wife, to the team who sold this to me and to the manufacturer who produced a kit so easy to use that my wife, who had never cut a man’s hair before in her entire life, aced it on her first try!!!!

Product arrived quickly and seems well made, very balanced feel in my hand but have not used it yet. Review will be updated when it has been put to work. The various attachments fit tightly & precisely and the battery was almost fully charged when received. Manicure set is a nice added bonus. One issue - the point size of the operating manual should be increased. I wear glasses and I can read any newspaper or magazine but I almost had to use a magnifying glass to read the manual. Perhaps hipsters (with better eyesight) are more likely to buy your product but I'm telling it the way I see it .... no pun. UPDATE: finally got around to asking the wife to cut my hair. Results were better than expected because she took the "less is more" approach. We used to attachment that was most forgiving and found cutting to be precise and no discomfort due to pulling out hair rather than cutting it. The shears are sharp, very sharp as we found out. Just a slight gouging out of a chunk of hair around my ear but, for the first time, we are very pleased

I find that I tend to fall into very stereotypical "guy" habits when it comes to grooming and taking care of my hair and skin. Namely that for years I have been using my basic hair clippers in order to trim and line up my beard instead of investing in an actual beard trimmer. One of the reasons being laziness and just operating under the mindset of, "well these hair clippers do the job and work just fine." But also the high price point for a lot of quality beard trimmers was a discouraging factor too. However, after my hair clippers wore down over time, and became less and less effective... I broke down and tried out the Sminiker Clippers because they had great reviews and were definitely in an affordable price range. First thing that i noticed right out the box before even trying the product was that the storage case is actually a charging station for the clippers, which is great because I always forget to charge stuff before needing it. Second was the combination of the different attachments... one to trim and edge, another to shave stubble down to the skin, and another adjustment clipper attachment to provide a lot more control over the length of my beard. Love this clipper set. I definitely suggest that you try them out!
