EVOLAND Vibration Plate Exercise Machine, Fitness Vibration Trainer

So I had a laproscopy back in May and have been suffering with swelling for months in my lower belly due to this. The vibration plate has been an absolute game changer! Ive only had it a couple of weeks but I genuinely feel like the fluid is moving and my swelling is finally going down. My pain has decreased too. I've always been the type to hold on to water and have slow circulation in my lower extremities too and again this is really helping me. For reference I'm mid thirties and a medium build female. I hope this helps someone else. I definitely recommend!!

I really like this vibration plate and have been using it around 2–3 times a week. There are different levels of intensity, which is great because you can start at a lower level and increase it as you get used to it. When I first started using it, I noticed my legs felt quite itchy during or after using it, but I think my body was just getting used to the vibration. I’ve continued using it and I feel like it can be helpful for lots of things, especially as a simple way to get some extra movement into my day. It’s also nice to use while watching TV, so it doesn’t feel like too much effort. Overall, I’m happy with it and glad I purchased it.

Works well for the wife

This was worth every penny. I do various exercises on it and the plate maximises the effect. I do a lot of lymphatic movements to wake up my body, then progress to various stretches and use of weights. At my age (close to 50) I am delighted that my abs and obliques are prominent for the first time in ages, I have noticed a reduction in celulite on my thighs and glutes. The attached bands are not very good, there isn't enough resistance and they clunk about at the sides where they are attched with karibeners, thats my only negative. Really love this plate.

This vibration plate has helped me to reduce the oedema swelling in my legs and feet substantially. It's also helped my wife's restless legs. Good bit of kit.

I've used this twice so far, and I very pleased with it. I could feel the effect all over my body, on the second day after using the maching I realise I could touch my toes which I could not do before without bending my knees. I have used the manual and P1 program. I like the compact size as it fits neately under under the sofa, it is sturdy, not heavy to move around and there is no noise during workout. I feel it will last a long time due to how durable the machine feels. Bluetooth connection is easy peasy. The power cable is average length but for me I would prefer it to be longer - to solve that I will purchase an extention lead. All in all I am very please with my purchase 👍.

I was quite disappointed to find that the product came with a UK power plug, despite purchasing it on the EU site. If you're selling products to customers in Europe, it's essential that they comply with the EU power plug standards. This oversight makes it inconvenient for European buyers, and it would be great if this could be addressed in future listings

I bought this2 days back and product quality is good. Able to hold my weight(120kg) without any issue. I would say this is a good product at this price range.
