Just beautiful

Liked them so much the first we bought another set (really one got lost so…).

Well made and comfortable. I read other reviews which criticized the backs, but I find them to be comfortable and secure. They are suitable for long term wear including sleeping and talking on the phone. Seem to truly be gold as I did not develop any itching, even after having them in continually for a week.

No more allergic reaction for my daughter. However this size is slightly small and gets inside the earring hole. I'd go with the largest size next time.

The earrings themselves are beautiful - the pair I received were precisely the size ball ordered in perfect condition. They are delicate and lovely. However, they have a fatal flaw -- the POST is NOT a standard gauge post. It's thinner. The lovely Silicon backs provided with the gold center -- WEAR THEM GOLD CENTER OUT or you WILL lose pieces. The gold center is meant for standard gauge posts and does nothing to secure the earring -- the only thing holding the Post is the tightness of the silicon on the back. The pair I received came with a second set of smaller silicon backs which slide right off. My mother is a jeweler - I have access to earring backs in every permutation including silicon and not a single one will secure these earrings. I got to wear these earrings for 36 hours - forgot to take them out before a shower and my hair ripped the silicon back off because I didn't realize the gold center on the backs was purely decorative. Down the drain went one of my backs -- end of wearing my earrings.

The earrings were smaller than I thought they would be, but were still cute. Unfortunately, they were not well made. The post on one of them just snapped off within one month of my wearing them. 😳 I have owned lots of these ball type earrings over the years as they are my favorite type, but I have never had a post break off. Unfortunately, I couldn't return them because after purchasing them in January I wore them for the first time in July outside of the return date. Don't waste your money!
