Great product
This small, easy to swallow capsule packs a punch. My fingernails growing super fast and strong is a pleasant surprise even though I use it for unrelated reasons. This is the best Folic Acid supplement I have ever taken, bar none.

Lost me at RICE flour - arsenic risk
Lost me at RICE flour - having just endured arsenic and mercury poisoning with fish…. Usually love your brand but not buying anything with mag stere/corn flour/rice due to heavy metal contamination etc. Please clean your fillers us. Also would love to buy a lower dose of folate - not synthetic folic acid.
