Difficult to use and cannot turn off the irritating sound.
I was hoping to use this to manage client cues at a food pantry. It seemed simple until I tried to understand the instructions. Difficult reading at best. After fumbling my way through it for an hour, i figured out most of the functions. The one function I could not find was how to mute the speaker. In the end, it was too much trouble for its value. I returned it and will try something else.

instructions are very difficult to follow
I am sure it is user error, but the instructions are nearly impossible to follow and when you uplug it, all of your settings are lost

Exactly as described, but a little hard to get used to at first… directions are a little confusing to nonExistent and you just have to play with it to figure everything out.

Limited capability, but excellent customer service
The setting button did not work. Not possible to go back in the digit display, nor to call custom number. To restart from 0, you have to power it off. The calling system sometimes gets stuck for whatever reason and you have to reset...

Had issues with the configuration. I think they made it a bit more complicated than it needed to be. Works great inside, but if put in direct sunlight, the numbers are hard to read.
