I didn’t receive the instructions Manuel to put in together how do I get that?

You should be able to just put the small self-tapping screws up through the black baseplate into the end of the aluminum beam. Pop the red ticket holder out of the black bracket and bolt that through the aluminum beam and sign, then tighten. The snap the red holder back into the bracket. Flip forward the black retaining clasp and open the red ticket holder. Insert the roll and close. That should be it.
